You must be 18 or over. The app store listing carries the same rating, so the two do not contradict each other.
ORNA gives opinions about clothing. It is not medical, psychological, nutritional or financial advice, and it makes no claim about your health.
$4.99 for the first 7 days, then $14.99 every four weeks until you cancel. Thirteen four-week periods fall in a year, so a full year is $194.87. The optional stylist add-on is $9.99 every four weeks and is cancelled separately.
We will not change the price of a subscription you already hold without telling you at least 30 days ahead, and you can cancel in that window.
Open the app, go to Subscription, tap Cancel. One screen. The same screen then shows the cancellation, so you can see it took effect. If you would rather write to us, support@example-orna.test works and we will do it for you within one working day. We will not require you to email us, and we will not put a retention offer between you and the button.
You have 14 days from the start of the subscription to withdraw, no reason needed. Ask us and we refund in full. If you want access immediately rather than waiting out the 14 days you can say so, and you will still get a refund of the unused part.
Set out in the refund policy, which exists and is linked here. A term that points at a document nobody published is not a term.
Write to us first. If that fails, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in, including your right to bring a claim in your own local courts. There is no compulsory arbitration clause here and no class action waiver.
You can delete it at any time from this page. We would only close your account for non-payment or for using ORNA to attack the service, and we would refund the unused part either way.
We are liable as the law makes us liable. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
