Refund policy

This is a prototype. ORNA is a research build. No service is sold here, no payment is taken, no account is created and nothing you enter leaves your browser. Everything is written as it would have to be written for a real product, which is the point of the exercise.

The short version

Ask within 14 days and you get all your money back. No reason, no form, no questions about what you did or did not use.

After 14 days

We refund the unused part of the current four-week period, pro rata to the day.

The stylist add-on

Same terms, refunded separately, and a period in which nobody replied to you is refunded in full whatever the date.

A charge you do not recognise

Write to support@example-orna.test with the amount and the date. We will find it and, if it should not have happened, refund it. We will not ask you to prove it was not you.

How long it takes

We start the refund within one working day. Your bank then takes between three and ten days, which is outside our control.
