Cancelling takes one tap in the app, on the Subscription screen, and the same screen then shows the cancellation. No email, no chat, no retention offer.

Nothing is charged here. These fields are switched off on purpose. On a live build this is where the payment provider's own form would sit, so that card details reach them and never reach us – and that is also why we could never show you a saved card on this screen.

Is there a discount if I wait?

No. There is one price and it does not move if you hesitate, close the tab or come back tomorrow.

Will you charge me for anything else?

There is one optional extra, offered once, on the next screen: a stylist to write back to you, $9.99 every 4 weeks. Decline it and you will not be asked again.

What if I want a refund?

Full refund within 14 days, no reason needed. The policy says the same thing at greater length.
